What does it mean?
Originally short for the pro esports team Cloud9, in the Korean Overwatch community the term became fixed slang for a situation where a team wins a team fight but then loses anyway by failing to stick to the point or payload. It started as a joke in Twitch chat, but by around 2018, when the Overwatch League launched, it had become a semi-official term used by players and casters alike.
